Dear Lord Taylor, I greatly enjoyed the interview in the FT with you on 12th June 2002. I agree with everything you say that words can hurt "not one" and policies needs to change that take account of an evolving nation. One thing I would like to see is more of a two way conversation with viewers - a social element.
